• AZ requires 2 sets of prints
• UT requires 1 set of prints
• FL requires 1 set of prints**
• VA require 1 set of prints**
• DE requires 1 set of Live Scan Prints*
• MD requires 1 set of Live Scan Prints*

*Live Scan has to be set up with a Licensed Agency in which the state you are requesting. (We have locations for you to choose from.)
